About

Stephanie is passionate about helping people deepen their relationships, reconnect with themselves, and navigate the complexities of love, loss, and life transitions. She specializes in working with couples, individuals, and families on communication challenges, emotional disconnection, low self-esteem, anxiety, and boundary-setting.

Her therapeutic style is warm, grounded, direct, and collaborative. Stephanie draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She brings a strong relational lens to her work and tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She offers both virtual and in-person sessions in Pasadena, CA.

I strive to empower others to be the best version of themselves while remaining true to who they are.
